We were so excited to welcome artist Kelly Hatfield to our school as part of the All Across Alabama program through the Alabama State Council on the Arts! 🎨
She worked with Ms. Green’s 3rd grade class on a special project where students created their own artistic answer to “What makes Alabama great?” These amazing two-dimensional pieces will be displayed at the State Capitol in Montgomery during the legislative session in April!
Such a fun and meaningful opportunity for our students to share their creativity and represent what makes our state so special 💙

A big thank you to Quarry Church in Alabaster! They provided snacks for our Leadership Team Meeting this month! ❤️

🚌💛 Happy Bus Driver Appreciation Day! 💛🚌
We love our bus drivers! They’re the first smiling faces our kids see in the morning and the last ones they see at the end of the day. To show our gratitude, Mrs. Wilson, our amazing assistant principal, treated them all to a little goody bag as a thank-you for all they do.
Thank you for keeping our students safe, happy, and on time every day! 🚍✨

A big thank you to Church of the Highlands- Alabaster campus! They provided a yummy breakfast for all of our second and third grade teachers this week as they prepared to administer the ACAP test! ❤️

Mrs. Nabors’ kindergarteners had a mighty fun time learning! ⚡️🔨
They used “Thor’s hammer” to tap out the sounds in words and then blend them together—and they absolutely loved it! Learning + fun = the best kind of day 💛

Mrs. Nabors’ kindergarten class learned about fossils so they got to “dig for bones” using chocolate chip cookies! 🍪 They also had an “ocean in a cup” for a snack!
