The Thompson High School Dance Company will host their recital "Wicked" tonight at the Performing Arts Center! The recital begins at 6 P.M. and admission is free! You can also get a picture with Elphaba and Glinda before the production begins!

Tonight, students and parents can attend an interest meeting for our trip to Japan in 2027! The meeting will be held in the Innovation Center at 6:30 P.M.

Students & Parents, a reminder, Thompson High School will be out for early dismissal at 2:10 P.M. on Wednesday as we prepare to cheer on the Warriors in the 7A State Championship game! Go Warriors!
The THS Music Department is proud to present the 2025 Sounds of the Season concert on December 9th at 6pm at the THS PAC. Band, Choir, and Orchestra students will perform holiday classics and new found favorites for this annual concert. This year, admission to the concert will be canned food items, in partnership with the Food Bank of Central Alabama. The THS Jazz program will perform in the cafeteria , accompanied by holiday goodies, immediately following the concert. We hope to see you December 9th in the PAC!

Introducing our 2026 Miss THS Court! This year, 40 lovely contestants competed for the title of Miss THS, each shining brightly on stage. Every contestant showcased incredible interpersonal skills, expressed their unique personalities through fun fashion, and looked stunning in their evening gowns. We are proud to announce our 2026 winners: Miss THS – Lauren Blackmon, Junior Miss – Simone Jones, Sophomore Miss – Maycie Turner, and Freshman Miss – Tatum Kato. Congratulations to all for an unforgettable competition!

A big week for our 10th graders! Students went to the Shelby Chamber Connect 2 Careers fair at the Shelby County Exhibition Center. Our sophomores got to explore career options available to them after graduation.
