In Mrs. Saint’s seventh grade math class, students explored transformations using coordinate plane peg boards. The peg boards helped visualize how shapes change position while keeping their size and shape. Students reflected shapes across both the X-axis and Y-axis to see how the coordinates change. This hands-on activity made it easier to understand geometric transformations.
