The Alabaster Health Fair is almost here, and we would love to see you there! This is a completely FREE community event for all ages—whether you want to check in on your health, learn about local resources, or enjoy a fun day out.

Location: Thompson High School Arena (1921 Warrior Parkway, Alabaster, AL 35007)
Admission & Parking: FREE admission with a complimentary shuttle running directly to and from the main entrance.

Health Screenings: On-site screenings to help you track key health metrics.
Local Experts: Connect with a variety of healthcare professionals and local wellness services in a friendly, relaxed setting.
Fitness Sessions: Free Mat Pilates mini-sessions at 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, led by certified instructors from Reset Physical Therapy.
Door Prizes: Multiple chances to win exciting prizes throughout the morning!
