ALABASTER, AL — Attention all rising dancers! The Thompson Middle School Dance Team is officially kicking off its tryout season with an optional technique clinic on Thursday, March 12.
Whether you’re a seasoned performer or looking to sharpen your skills before the upcoming tryouts, this clinic is designed to give prospective members a competitive edge. Attendees will spend the afternoon working specifically on the dance technique required for the official tryout evaluation.
Important Details for Dancers
If you plan on attending, make sure you have the following checked off your list:
Cost: $25.00
Deadline: Payment must be submitted via MySchoolBucks no later than Wednesday, March 11.
Paperwork: You must bring your signed permission slip with you on the day of the clinic to participate.
Clinic Day Schedule
On Thursday, students should follow these dismissal procedures:
Dismissal: Leave class during 3rd Round.
Location: Report directly to the TMS Gym.
Attire: Wear comfortable, modest athletic attire and jazz shoes or turn shoes.
