February is packed with exciting events and activities for TIS. Here is a look at what is coming up this month!
Groundhog Day: Monday, February 2
Students participated in a coin drive, predicting whether they think the groundhog will see his shadow or not!
Kona Ice: Thursday, February 5
Kona Ice will be on campus serving up treats for students to enjoy during the school day after their lunch time.
Book Fair: February 5–February 12
Our Book Fair gives students the opportunity to explore new books and build their love of reading.
Hat Day $1: Friday, February 6
Students may wear a hat to school for $1 while supporting student council.
CML Meet: Thursday, February 12
Selected students will participate in the CML academic meet and represent our school with pride.
E-Learning Day: Friday, February 13
Students will complete assignments from home through virtual learning for the day.
No School (President’s Day): Monday, February 16
There will be no school as we observe President’s Day.
Snack Attack Pre-Sale: Tuesday, February 17–Thursday, February 19
Students may pre-purchase Snack Attack items during this time.
Spring and Class Pictures: Wednesday, February 18
Students will take spring and class photos, so be sure to dress your best.
Liberty Learning Celebration: Friday, February 20
Our school will celebrate Liberty Learning with an event @ TMS honoring our community heroes.
iFly GRC Field Trip: Tuesday, February 24
Students attending the iFly GRC field trip will enjoy an exciting and educational experience.
Snack Attack: Wednesday, February 25
Students who purchased snacks will enjoy their Snack Attack during the school day.
Reading and Math Family Night: Thursday, February 26
Families are invited to join us for an engaging evening focused on reading and math fun.
