🏈 Alabaster City Schools’ Homecoming Celebration is set for Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025!
Parade kicks off at 6 PM around the Thompson High School campus, followed by a Community Pep Rally at the stadium at 7 PM - ending with a special finale you won’t want to miss.
This year’s theme: “A Generation of Champions”, honoring the senior class, the first to attend ACS from K–12. 🎇
Please note: The back entrance of THS off Kent Diary Rd will close at 4:00pm. The front entrance off Thompson Rd will close at 6:00 pm. Parking will be available on the THS campus.

The Morning News Crew enjoyed having Mrs. Binzer, one of our school counselors, on the morning news this week to talk about Winning Champion Wednesdays! Mrs. Binzer shared how students can receive Champion Cards by showing kindness to others, making positive choices, and being strong leaders. We will begin recognizing nominated students on Wednesdays soon!
