Alabaster City Schools will host its annual community-wide Homecoming Celebration on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Students from every school in the district will participate in this free event, which highlights school spirit and community pride.
"A Generation of Champions” is this year's theme, honoring the Class of 2025, the first graduating class to have attended Alabaster City Schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Festivities will begin with the Homecoming Parade at 6:00 p.m., circling the Thompson High School campus (1921 Warrior Pkwy). The parade route will start near the back parking lot and conclude on Warrior Parkway. Families and community members are encouraged to line both sides of the road for the best view of the floats and participants.
