Please review the following information for important lunchroom updates:
We are excited to welcome parents/visitors to eat in the lunchroom everyday, beginning Monday, September 8, 2025-May 8, 2025. Thank you for your patience while our students and teachers established lunchroom routines and procedures. Teachers will email parents classroom lunch times.
*Please be prepared to show your ID at the front entrance to the building and then check-in at the front office. IDs will be checked utilizing the Circool Safety program to check in visitors. Parents and guardians are asked to have their Circool QR code ready for lunch visits to ensure a smooth check-in process. For guidance on setting up an account, click here for instructions.
*Only parent/visitor’s name listed on the student’s contact page as an approved visitor will be allowed to eat lunch with the child. Siblings will not be allowed.
*Parents/visitors will be asked to sit with their child at designated tables away from the rest of the class. No friends will be allowed to join you at this time.
* We encourage students to eat in our school cafeteria for good and healthy eating habits and ask visitors to limit any outside food and beverages being brought into the cafeteria.
*Parents/visitors will not be allowed to visit the classrooms before or after eating lunch so our students and faculty can continue instruction.
*We ask that visitors refrain from using social media platforms, including Facebook, Facetime, taking pictures and posting online while on our campus. This is to protect the privacy of all of our students.
*At times throughout the year we provide sack lunches for students, and lunch times will be adjusted, when this occurs we cannot accommodate for visitors. We will communicate when this is implemented.
*The cost for visitors’ lunch is $5.00.
