ACS - Alabaster City Schools is excited to welcome students and families back on August 7 for the 2025–2026 School Year. As part of our continued efforts to enhance campus safety and streamline the visitor experience, ACS is introducing a new digital check-in system called Circool.
What is Circool?
Circool is a secure and user-friendly visitor check-in platform that will be implemented across all ACS campuses this year. Already in use by numerous school systems across the state, Circool will help improve efficiency when parents and guests visit our schools.
How Does It Work?
Whether you’re attending a parent-teacher conference, dropping off a late student, or arriving for a school event, you’ll use Circool to check in. Visitors scan a QR code from their mobile device at the front desk, and a personalized badge will print automatically. If you do not have access to your phone, a valid photo ID may also be used.
When Will I Receive My Circool Account?
On Wednesday, July 23, all ACS parents and guardians received an email titled:
“Alabaster City Schools invites you to Circool.”
Follow the instructions in the message to activate your account—setup takes just a minute.
✅ Tip: Be sure your email address and phone number are up to date in PowerSchool to ensure you receive your Circool invitation.
