During the regularly scheduled Alabaster City Schools Board of Education meeting on June 8, Jamie Parker was officially sworn in as the newest member of the ACS Board of Education.
Mrs. Parker was appointed to the Board by the Alabaster City Council and will serve a five-year term. ACS is excited to welcome her to the Board and looks forward to the experience, leadership, and community perspective she will bring to the role.
Mrs. Parker brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as Fraud Outreach Director for Huntington Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Sciences and is both a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
A proud resident of Alabaster since 2005, Mrs. Parker is passionate about supporting students, families, and educators. Her commitment to strengthening both the community and Alabaster City Schools reflects the values and vision that continue to drive ACS forward.
Mrs. Parker and her husband, Nathaniel, are the proud parents of three children: Makayla, Liam, and Canaan.
