Marsha Roach is an Interventionist with Alabaster City Schools. She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor's in Social Work and completed her master's of Social Work at the University of Alabama.  Marsha has practiced social work for twenty years, beginning her career in residential child care settings and medical settings, and she now works in the educational setting, where she specializes in working with at risk juveniles and families.  She is passionate about helping teenagers build resiliency by finding their purpose and their passion.  Marsha and her husband Joey have two kids and two dogs. She loves animals, being outside, and ketchup.
