    Monday Movin’ Day!  “10”s” Workout

      • Put on your favorite music
      • Stretch for 1 minute
      • 10 Squats
      • 10 jumping Jacks - Try to clap your hands above your head
      • 10 wall Jumps - Face the wall and jump up as high as you can to touch the wall. Find a spot to try and reach.  
      • 10 Push-Ups - Modify as needed
      • 10 Frog Jumps or Mountain Climbers
      • 10 lunges right leg
      • 10 lunges left leg
      • 10 Hop on right leg
      • 10 Hop on left leg
      • 10 calf raises
    • Do it again starting at 10 squats!!

    *Optional Challenge:  For more advanced, do 3 rotations of this workout.  If you would like, you can let me know on Google Classroom if you choose the Challenge Round. We would love to see you post a short video or picture of any of your activities.

    Tuesday Health Tips Day!

    Having Good Hygiene means that you are staying clean every day, which can help you have more confidence because you feel better about yourself when you are clean!  And people can tolerate being around you more ; )


    As you get older some things to remember are:

    1. Shower or take a bath every day
    2. Brush your teeth every day 
    3. You’re athletes...wear deodorant!!! Reapplying may be necessary too. ; )

    Name/List 3 other ways you can have good hygiene: (Think About your face, ears, clothes, hands, hair, nails, etc.)

    Wednesday

    Wednesday Workout Day!

      • Have someone time you for 30 seconds for each Round then rest 15 seconds in between each Round
      • Put on your favorite music
      • Stretch for 1 minute
      • Round 1:    Jog in place at a medium pace
      • Round 2:   Jump squats
      • Round 3:   Jumping Jacks
      • Round 4:   Hop side to side both feet together (jump over an imaginary line)
      • Round 5:   Twist your waist as fast as you can (add cross punches if you want)
      • Round 6:   run in place as fast as you can using high knees
    • Do all 6 rounds 1 more time!!
    • Stretch

    Did you know that your parents/guardians do so many things for you every day? Like...do you really know??  They do things such as work to earn a living, provide food, cook, wash your clothes, clean up after you, drive you places, buy you things you want and much, much more. 


    The older you get, the more it’s important to begin taking more responsibility and trying to understand that being an adult is not always easy. Understanding these things is part of growing up and maturing so you can become an AWESOME adult! Today, watch all that your parents do and write down 5 of those things.
