Mrs. Jessica Stacey
Teaching has always been my passion! I was raised in a family of educators and I have always known that I would be a teacher. Little did I know how rewarding being a teacher would be to me. I strive to be a postive role model for not only my students, but each and every student at TSGC.
I am originally from Muscle Shoals, AL. I moved to Alabaster after graduating with a B.S. in Elementary Education from UNA. I began my teaching career in January of 2006 at Chelsea Middle School teaching sixth grade English. In August of 2006, I started my Thompson career where I began teaching sixth grade English at Thompson Middle School. Since teaching at Thompson, I have taught sixth grade English, reading, and science.
My husband and I have 3 beautiful children. Our daughter, Alice, was born sleeping in 2012. She is our angel who watches over us from Heaven. We have two healthy boys here on Earth with us, Jack (5) and Max (2). Our house and our lives are completely wild and full! Along with our boys, we have 2 dogs, Serenity and Pippin, and a cat, Beaker.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my boys and my husband, running, hiking, swimming, reading, and pretty much anything having to do with the water! I love my job, my family, and life in general.
