 About Mrs. Walden

I grew up just a few minutes away from Alabaster in Columbiana, Alabama. I am the oldest of three sisters, and I love spending time with my family--especially my nieces and nephew. My husband Brian and I met in 2005 and got married in 2007. We share our home with two very spoiled cats named Joey and Harrison.

I started teaching sixth grade English at Thompson Middle School in 2005. During my time as a sixth grade teacher, I have had the opportunity teach Advanced English, ESL Sheltered English, and reading classes in addition to standard English. This year I teach 4 classes of standard English and an ESL Sheltered reading and English class. This is my 16th year in the classroom.
