I graduated from Bessemer Academy in 1989. I went to the University of Montevallo and graduated with a BS in Early childhood/Elementary education. I have been at Creek View Elementary School since I started my education career. This is starting my 21st year of teaching kindergarten. My heart belongs to kindergarten!!

I am married and live in Alabaster. I have a 14 year old son who attends Thompson Middle School and a step-daughter who attends Thompson High School. I currently have five dogs and a snake living at my house. My husband and I like gardening, home improvement projects, going to the movies and watching college football. I am so proud to be part of ACS. It’s a great day to be a Warrior!!
